Oatmeal Cookies

Yield: 2 dozen medium cookies
 
 Mix together in one bowl:
1 ½ C. honey
1 C. grapeseed oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. salt
1 C. water
In another bowl, mix together:
4 C. quick oats
3 C. kamut flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
2 C. raisins (optional)
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir well. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten slightly and shape. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
